Manchester United center-back Chris Smalling enjoys summer break in Seychelles with new wife

Seychelles is once again among the chosen destinations as some of Europe’s biggest names in football jet off to several locations around the globe to enjoy their end-of-season break.
The UK news site MailOnline that has been following how the stars are spending their summer holidays, has not failed to spot snaps and videos of the picturesque Seychelles islands shared by Manchester United defender Chris Smalling.
After marrying long-time partner Sam Cooke in Italy, Smalling whisked off his new wife for a romantic honeymoon in the Seychelles.
The couple has not been discreet about their relaxing days on the archipelago’s second and third most populated islands, Praslin and La Digue, as they have been keeping followers updated via Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.
Smalling who has some 2 million followers on Instagram has shared several photos of his time off in the exotic destination, including snaps of Mini Moke rides and cycling around the islands.
The center-back who arrived at Old Trafford in 2010 has also not shied away from posing for a picture with some Seychellois fans.
Smalling is not the only professional football player who has recently set off to enjoy the powder-white beaches and clear turquoise waters of the island destination. Spanish football star Alvaro Morata who plays for Real Madrid, also whisked his new wife off to a Seychelles honeymoon at the end of last month.
Seychelles is a popular holiday and honeymoon destination and has played host to a stream of honeymoons and romantic getaways for the rich and famous.
